Files for service can be sent to us by mail, courier, or email for emergency services.
Please note that due to Covid-19 the court is only accepting emergency matters, please call ahead to find out if what you are asking us to do will be allowed.
If you are sending documents to us by Canada Post, or a courier service you must e-mail us the details, if by mail, when did you mail it, and if by courier, waybill number courier service, expected time of delivery, etc.. We are trying not to attend our pickup location unless absolutely necessary due to Covid-19 and to protect our safety and that of others. Please consider using e-mail instead for faster and safer transmission of files.
