Court Issuing & Filing
We provide daily attendance at courthouses across the country to handle the issuing and filing of your legal documents. Whether you are dealing with new online procedures or need physical documents filed, our team can manage the entire process for you, saving you valuable time and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Court Research & Document Retrieval
Our team can conduct detailed research and retrieve specific files or documents directly from the courthouse. This can be a convoluted process for those unfamiliar with it, but our experienced team is here to help.
We understand the lifecycle of court files. For example, in Ontario and other provinces, older files are often sent to “deep storage” off-site. Our team knows this process intimately. We will:
- Attend the court and order the file from storage.
- Re-attend the courthouse once it arrives.
- Scan the entire file using our in-office equipment.
- Send you a high-quality electronic copy by email (with hard copies available by courier).
We solve problems on the spot. If a court clerk presents a substantial, immediate fee, most companies would have to walk away, causing delays.
