With the wheels of justice almost grinding to a halt, we have been busy doing some major upgrades, we usually wait for the holidays to do so but there is no better time than now!
Starting this Friday April 31, 2020, we will be making a change in our e-mail system, to “The full package” of what Microsoft offers with 365 office.
All the bells and whistles along with state of the art security, this will take 7 days to fully implement, but all e-mails will still be functioning as normal.
If by chance you do not hear from an office in 24 hours, try the next day and if still no reply please call our head office.
We will also be doing some major upgrades to our website starting May 18th, 2020, this being the holiday weekend, you will not see or notice anything different, but as above the website will be moving to a faster, stronger and more secure server.
Also during this time we will also be updating our software that we use for billing purposes, again you will not notice anything, this is just the “2020” upgrade, all things for you our clients will remain the same.
One exciting upgrade and you could say a “forced” possible way of doing business in the “new normal” is that we may start e-mailing invoices instead of mailing them, all 3 upgrades mentioned above will tie together and (hopefully) allow us to do this.
