The Ottawa Courthouse houses all major court services in one building, including the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice (civil, criminal, family, and small claims), the Divisional Court, and the Bankruptcy Court. The only public entrance is located off Elgin Street, at the corner of Elgin and Laurier Avenue.

Parking at the Ottawa Courthouse

The best parking option is the underground garage beneath the adjacent Ottawa City Hall, with entrances off both Elgin Street and Laurier Avenue. Street parking in the area is limited and typically disappears during rush hours, so the City Hall garage is strongly recommended for anyone attending court.
