Well here we are its March Break, and you may be wondering why I am writing a post about it!
Well, when it comes to process serving it is an interesting time for us, as either people are home all day when they never are or they are gone away for a week!
When we go to residences to serve someone, we find no answer for days at end, which usually means they have fled to Florida, or either both parents or one is at home during the day when they usually never would be.
Legal staff and court clerks book off as well which means longer than usual lines (when are they ever short) or calls and emails are not returned to when staff returns.
To top it off, some people book a week of their vacations around the break as well so some people are not around for 2 weeks.
Just some things to consider when you are wondering about why its taking so long to get things served during the break or perhaps you were amazed at how fast it got completed!
