What do you mean I don’t have enough copies!?….
At some time during your legal career you may find yourself having to come to Toronto and argue a motion in front of a panel of Judges in The Ontario Court of Appeal.
For most lawyers this may be the 1st time they have been back since possibly articling!
The first thing to remember is already hinted above, there is a “panel” of Judges, 3 sometimes 5, so make sure you have enough copies of everything to file!
Check with the court first as to your specific appeal and they can guide you from there 🙂
Then send the appropriate copies to us for filing, and we can take it from there.
