We are getting more and more calls lately from clients saying they never received or are looking for their accounts, it turns out these are going missing somewhere after we mail them or are being misplaced or misfiled on the receiving end, so we will be implementing some new procedures that will help alleviate this over the holidays.
We just purchased 6 more Fujitsu Scan Snap IX500 scanners that will be added to some of our workstations, to bring the total to 9 of them.
We will start to scan and email our invoices to you so you have that electronically as well. We suggest that you add the copy as an electronic attachment and or print it off as well.
We will also still be mailing an original hard copy as usual .
