WARNING!
There is an on-going problem existing in relation to trademark infringements that an individual has been doing, which has led to great confusion amongst the legal community in Canada. This individual has registered two websites that are very similar to ours, but when you click through to these sites, they are obviously not Canadian Process Serving Inc.
We are in the process of dealing with this matter, failing which we will be commencing legal proceedings in the Federal Court to stop this infringement. In the meantime please make sure that all your legal staff prevent potential future confusion by saving our website address in their favorites column or shortcutting it to their desktops.
In today’s day and age of fly-by night companies and directories, we ask you to be extra vigilant in ensuring that you are in fact dealing with our company through our website and not falling prey to this scam that is clearly attempting to benefit from our reputation and goodwill.

To all of our valued clients
Effective December 29, 2005, Canadian Process Serving’s head office, will be moving to new headquarters at 142 Catharine Street South, Hamilton, Ontario, L8N 2J8. We are very excited about this move: during the 23 years we have been in business, we have grown not only in the range of services we offer to the North American litigation community, but also the number of process servers (99% of whom are retired peace officers) available to take care of all your document serving needs.
Office Administrators: please advise your staff of this address change upon reading this page.
Bell Canada has advised us that as we pull in our existing lines (and work to create three additional ones to ensure constant phone and fax availability), there MAY be temporary interruptions in phone and fax service between December 28 and 31. We will do our best to keep any downtime to a minimum. Our new office is hard-wired for 25 phone lines and 6 fax lines.
As soon as time permits, we will be posting photos of our new location in a prominent place on our company website. Make sure you surf on over and have a look. Those of you in the Hamilton area are welcome to drop by within office hours (7:30 am until 8:00 pm Monday to Friday) and see the first and ONLY building in North America dedicated to a process serving business. This is an industry first and should not be missed..
Former address: Canadian Process Serving Inc., 175 Hunter Street East, Unit 605, Hamilton, Ontario L8N 4E7
NEW ADDRESS: Canadian Process Serving Inc., 142 Catharine Street South, Hamilton, Ontario, L8N 2J8.

Hamilton, Ont.
Chris Ecklund, President and founder of Canadian Process Serving Inc., is proud to announce that after 10 successful years spent operating at 175 Hunter Street East, it is time for our Head Office to move to a bigger location! Our company has grown exponentially since its inception in 1983, and the corresponding increase in the volume and variety of services we offer the Canadian legal community led to a decision to acquire a bigger office environment, with up-to-date technology and increased client support, to better serve you.
This move is a milestone in the field of process serving in Canada. Our new head office will be three times larger than our current location, with enough room to handle the future growth of our company. We are investing $250,000 dollars into this project, and our new office will have a lot of "1st's", unmatched in the industry. Renovations to the new building will take 6 months, and when we are finished, the new office layout will have 14 independent computer workstations, and be a showpiece for all to see. This is reflective of our determination to keep offering you, the Canadian legal community, top of the line services and support.
Please visit our picture gallery to see how construction is proceeding.
We will be having a grand opening sometime in the fall, when we will be making another announcement that will change the process serving industry forever. See you then!!
