About our Kingston Process Servers

Fred Lloyd retired in 2002 after 32 years service with the Ontario Provincial Police. From 1970-85 he worked with the Orillia detachment, where his duties included general patrol officer, crime scene investigations, and summer marine patrols on the Trent -Severn Waterway. From 1985-89 he was in Belleville, where he was a member of the Technical Identification Unit and Explosives Disposal Unit. Fred was promoted to Sergeant in 1989 and transfered to Kingston where he became unit commander of the Kingston Identification Unit and later the Belleville Forensic Identification Unit. He has experience in the field of Forensics ( evidence, photography and fingerprints) and has had experience working in the area penitentiaries with Corrections Canada.
