About our Delta Process Servers
Janice Spraggs was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police Officer for ten years (1980 - 1990). As a General Duty Officer, she enforced statutes from all three levels of government: Federal, Provincial, and Municipal. She was also assigned to perform undercover assignments in regards to Federal Drug Investigations. Janice also served as escort to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during a Royal visit to Canada.
Blair Spraggs joined the RCMP in 1973 and retired in 2008. He spent several years with the Police Dog Service- he served as part of an advanced VIP Security Team during the 1976 Summer Olympics. His last position was as an Operations NCO with the Langley, BC detachment.
Blair and Janice look forward to assisting you with document service in Delta and the surrounding area.
